Realie.ai is a real estate data provider offering nationwide property, ownership, and mortgage data sourced directly from over 3,100 U.S. counties. Our AI-powered API provides fast and affordable access to comprehensive real estate information.

## Endpoints
Our API, hosted at app.realie.ai, provides various endpoints to access our data:

### Base Tier Endpoints
- **GET** https://app.realie.ai/api/public/property/search: Search for properties with flexible filtering options (state, county, city, zipCode, address, etc.)
- **GET** https://app.realie.ai/api/public/property/address: Look up a specific property by address and state
- **GET** https://app.realie.ai/api/public/property/location: Find properties near a geographic location (latitude/longitude with radius)
- **GET** https://app.realie.ai/api/public/property/owner: Search for properties by owner name (firstName, lastName, state)
- **GET** https://app.realie.ai/api/public/property/parcelId: Look up property by parcel ID (requires state, county, parcelId)

### Premium Tier Endpoints
- **GET** https://app.realie.ai/api/public/premium/owner: Advanced owner search with fuzzy matching and filtering
- **GET** https://app.realie.ai/api/public/premium/comparables: Find comparable properties for valuation analysis

Note: All endpoints require authentication except the landing endpoints. Please refer to the official API Documentation at https://docs.realie.ai/api-reference/property-data for complete parameter lists, response formats, and usage details.

## Authentication
MCP clients sign in with OAuth against `https://app.realie.ai/api/mcp`. Hosts read `https://app.realie.ai/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/mcp` after a 401 and register themselves. Do not create an OAuth app in the Clerk dashboard.

`realie login` uses the same Clerk OAuth, then stores the existing API key. REST and CI still send `Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY` after the account has billing enabled.

New accounts: complete Clerk in the browser, then add a payment method at https://app.realie.ai/developer. OAuth does not mint an API key.

## Data Format
All API responses are in JSON format.
